Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for pharma roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical professionals and industry networks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in recruiting for the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
