Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pharma
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for pharma roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical professionals and industry networks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in recruiting for the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
