Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pharma roles from sourcing to onboarding
  • Identify and engage top talent through headhunting, talent mapping, and networking
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and critical positions
  • Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets and qualify for incentives

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–5 years in recruitment (Pharma hiring preferred)
  • Note: Candidates with US/UK healthcare recruitment background will not be considered
  • Strong sourcing skills via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
