Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager in Human Resources with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and managing employee relations. The role involves conducting performance appraisals, providing HR policy guidance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle employee training and development programs, fostering a positive work environment, and managing disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Hiring, and Talent Acquisition
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Performance Appraisals, and HR Policy Implementation
  • Proficiency in HR Strategy Development and Business Analysis
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
  • Exceptional people management and communication abilities
  • Ability to conduct Employee Training and Development programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
