Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities will also include developing HR strategies, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
  • Organizational and communication skills to effectively manage team interactions
  • Prior experience in developing HR strategies and improving employee engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and maintain confidentiality
