Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing HR operations, including maintaining and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and administering employee benefits programs. The HR Administrator will also support HR policies and procedures, organize employee records, and provide guidance to both management and employees. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and effectively manage extensive documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
