Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is eager to contribute to the growth of an innovative mining technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support HR-related communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or internship in Human Resources operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, HRIS systems, and documentation.
  • Good knowledge of benefits administration and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Experience or exposure to the mining or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
