We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our team at The Fern Residency. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
