Job Purpose:
As a Pharma Commercial Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment delivery for commercial organization in both sales and corporate roles.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Work with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, RPO partners to attract the best talent and deliver under stringent timelines
- Manage and deliver our Sales campus program
- Develop innovative and relevant attraction campaigns for Marketing and Brand Manager roles
- Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver local strategic Talent projects
- Filling confidential/sensitive roles by engaging with very senior leaders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years’ recruiting experience in a Pharma commercial organization with extensive experience in Sales recruiting
- Hands on experience in handling board members and senior leaders
- Be a team player, agile, business mindset
- Ability to drive initiatives and be proactive
- Experience in early careers and campus hiring
- High level of agility, empathy, flexibility, discretion, and credibility
- Experience working in a matrix environment and the ability to influence others
