Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.To understand the of IT /Engineering / Aerospace / Semiconductor / Business Professional/BFSI /Non IT requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.Sourcing and screening potential IT/ Business Professional/Engineering/ Pharma from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.Skills:Must have minimum 2-4 years hiring experience into IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Business Professional/BFSI / Non IT recruitment with direct clients only.The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.Education:Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.Benefits – Attractive Base Salary + 4% Recurring Incentives + Health Benefits + Other Standard Benefits (Paid Leaves/Vacation etc.)+ Excellent Rewards & Recognition program.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
