Client is a leading global healthcare company, founded in 1923 and headquartered in Denmark. This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with our client, and you would be deployed to the client location (Not a contract role).
Our Client is the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division.As an RPO partner for our clients, it acts as the company's internal recruitment function for a portion of or all the jobs in the entire recruitment lifecycle.
As a Recruiter, you will collaborate and share knowledge across the whole organization's client portfolio. Building relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a positive 'can-do attitude, and being persistent in delivering a standard service are all attributes that are required for this role.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably within TA Department
- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word),
- A degree in business or a related discipline is desirable.
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Should be able to manage demanding and aggressive stakeholders
Good at Sourcing, Recruitment. Should have extensive knowledge on recruitment platforms both conventional and non-conventional
Experience : 3-8 years of exp, preferly from IT or pharma Recruitment background.
Look for someone with excellent communication skills.
Also, do inform them that it's an RPO model, wherein they would be a permanent employee with FlexAbility and would be deployed to the client location
talent mapping and industry mapping exp is mandatory
