Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Partnership (40%):
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new client relationships within designated non-IT sectors.
- Conduct effective client meetings to understand hiring needs, position HeadSpace HR's value proposition, and negotiate terms of business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of client requirements, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
- Develop and execute a strategic BD plan to grow the non-IT vertical.
End-to-End Recruitment & Headhunting (60%):
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche positions: from taking the mandate to offer acceptance.
- Employ advanced headhunting techniques (X-Ray Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, direct sourcing, referral generation) to identify passive talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess not just skills but also cultural fit, motivation, and career aspirations.
- Create compelling candidate profiles and present detailed shortlists to clients.
- Skillfully manage the offer process, including negotiation, closing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain a robust network of high-caliber professionals in your domain expertise.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably within a search firm, executive search, or a high-performance staffing agency.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in:
Business Development: Winning new clients and managing accounts.
- Headhunting: Closing difficult, niche, or senior-level mandates (e.g., roles requiring 8+ years of experience).
360-Degree Role: Managing the entire process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of one or more non-IT domains (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Legal).
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A hunter mentality with a proactive and persistent approach.
- Strong research and sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with senior candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
