What Youll Do

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment cycle from understanding requirements to offer closure

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other innovative methods

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth recruitment process

Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT hiring trends

What Were Looking For

  • 0–1 year of recruitment experience (IT/Tech hiring preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and engage with IT professionals
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing strategies
  • Enthusiastic learner with a passion for building careers in IT recruitment
