Job Title:Bench Sales Recruiter (US Shift)Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruiter to join our team and support ongoing hiring needs for our clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while maintaining strong communication with both clients and applicants. This role requires working during USA shift timings.Key Responsibilities:Work on regular recruitment requirements received from the client.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and clients.Maintain an updated candidate database and track hiring progress.Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.Ensure timely delivery and quality of candidates for each requirement.Requirements:Minimum 4–8 years of experience in recruitment (US staffing preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Ability to work in USA shift timings.Detail-oriented with good time management skills.Please share updated resume to RegardsSai
