About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Auction Operations Coordinator
to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient online auction operations by connecting customers, vendors, and the internal team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in backend operations or sales coordination, and a comfort with digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Share auction-ready vehicle details with registered scrap vendors.
  2. Coordinate and monitor the online bidding process.
  3. Ensure timely updates, accuracy, and efficiency in auction operations.
  4. Act as a bridge between customers, vendors, and the internal team to maintain seamless communication.

What We're Looking For

  1. Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  3. Prior experience in backend operations, sales coordination, or working with marketplace platforms (preferred).
  4. Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms.
  5. Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
