About the Role:

The
Operations Coordinator
will be responsible for managing the end-to-end backend operations of
Sarha's
e-commerce and B2B business.
This includes inventory management, logistics coordination, order fulfilment, and client communication to ensure smooth execution across both online and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update, monitor, and reconcile inventory across all online sales platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Website, etc.) and internal systems to ensure stock accuracy and avoid overselling/stock-outs.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment end-to-end: from listings, pricing, and promotional updates to packaging, labelling, logistics pickups, and dispatch tracking.
  • Manage returns, replacements, customer escalations, and ensure timely resolution with logistics partners and e-commerce agencies.
  • Maintain and organize product catalogues, price lists, and SKU images for e-commerce and B2B clients.
  • Communicate with wholesalers, retailers, and B2B partners for order follow-ups, dispatch updates, and payment reminders.
  • Prepare weekly sales, inventory, and pending order reports; assist in performance and sales analysis.
  • Support onboarding of new trade partners by sharing brand/product information and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Liaise with the Surat warehouse team for new SKUs, inventory updates, and product shoot status; coordinate with production teams and weavers as needed.
  • Travel once or twice a month to Surat (day trips) for operational coordination.

  • Strong in Excel/Google Sheets and basic inventory tools
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Organized, responsive, and proactive in follow-ups
  • Hard and sincere working attitude and great soft skills
