Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Sales & Operations Coordinator
to manage end-to-end sales documentation, dispatch processes, and client coordination. This role ensures smooth operational flow between the sales team, factory, and clients, with a strong focus on
documentation accuracy, timely dispatch, and follow-up
.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently while reporting directly to the
National Sales Coordinator
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare
    Consent Letters
    and share with relevant parties.
  • Draft & send
    Proforma Invoices
    to clients accurately and on time.
  • Maintain communication & follow-up with sales parties to ensure order clarity.
  • Coordinate with the
    factory team
    to manage dispatch schedules.
  • Monitor & follow up on
    payment collections
    from clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of
    C Forms
    and maintain compliance.
  • Handle
    business correspondence and letter drafting
    professionally.
  • Prepare & manage
    Export Invoice documentation
    and related records.
  • Maintain & reconcile
    sales data with consent documentation
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years' experience
    in sales operations, dispatch, or
    export documentation
    (MANDATORY).
  • Proficient in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    .
  • Strong command of
    spoken & written English
    .
  • Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Well-groomed professional demeanour
    .
