Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cutlist Optimizer Assistant, located in the MIDC Andheri East. The Cutlist Optimizer Assistant will be responsible for creating and managing optimized cut lists for various modular furniture projects.

What Will You Do?

  • Enter measurements and panel sizes into Cutlist Optimizer software.
  • Generate cutting plans and share with factory/production team.
  • Coordinate with designers to confirm sizes, finishes, and material requirements.
  • Maintain records of material used, wastage percentage, and balance stock.
  • Support the purchase team by providing optimized material requirement lists.
  • Re-check and verify cutting sheets before issuing to factory to avoid errors.
  • Update management about wastage reports and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining a database of materials and hardware linked with cutlists.

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates & panels
  • Familiarity with Cutlist Optimizer or willingness to learn
  • Good in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Accuracy in measurements & strong coordination skills

Salary Range:
 ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
