We are looking for a results-driven SEO Assistant Manager with 4-5 years of experience to lead and execute our SEO strategy. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEMrush, Google Analytics, SEO strategy, and client pitching, with a proven track record of managing a high number of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using SEMrush and other SEO tools.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and technical aspects for search engine rankings.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Manage and improve on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link-building strategies.
  • Handle client pitches, present SEO strategies, and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to execute SEO recommendations effectively.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, and content optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and execute tailored SEO strategies.
  • Experience in client pitching and presenting data-driven SEO recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO reports and insights.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Local SEO and E-commerce SEO.
  • Knowledge of paid search (PPC) and social media marketing is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO improvements.
