Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Assistant
Manager
to lead and manage SEO campaigns for high-value clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, on-page, and off-page SEO expertise, along with the ability to guide a team, communicate effectively with clients, and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SEO campaigns for 2–4 high-value clients.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, technical audits, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all SEO outputs.
  • Collaborate with content, design, development, and paid media teams to execute integrated strategies.
  • Train and mentor SEO analysts, guiding them on best practices and task execution.
  • Support client growth discussions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain strong client communication and provide performance reports regularly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Communication Skills: 4/5 (Strong verbal and written communication).
  • Proven hands-on SEO experience — technical, on-page, and off-page.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
  • Strong project management and task delegation capabilities.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to manage time, people, and expectations effectively.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to evolving digital marketing trends.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
  • Understanding of Structured Data and Core Web Vitals.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, or Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with YouTube SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Marketplace SEO.
