  • Handle the complete hiring cycle, from identifying requirements to closing positions.
  • Work with internal teams to understand manpower needs and deliver on hiring deadlines.
  • Explore new sourcing methods to improve speed and quality of hiring.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Manage statutory and internal HR compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation, records, and processes align with company policies and legal standards.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan and execute engagement activities that build morale and strengthen workplace culture.
  • Maintain discipline across the organization while promoting a healthy and collaborative environment.
  • HR Operations & Support
  • Assist the HR Manager with daily operations and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  • Conduct research and development to improve HR processes, policies, and tools.
  • Manage payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
