Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Delhi, India. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, managing a team of collectors, developing strategies to increase collection rates, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves daily interactions with clients, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any issues related to outstanding debts.
