Role & responsibilities

  • To manage assigned delinquent pool with the help of vendor and its staff involved in collection of overdue payments from delinquent customers.
  • To manage NPA stock/target for Bucket/portfolio managed is met by way of Pre- NPA resolutions,
  • To work towards enhancing productivity and capacity rationalization leading to cost monitoring to effectively manage Cost of Collections.
  • To ensure all regulatory requirements & processes as laid by Collections Manual are adhered to by the vendors.
  • To respond to all customer issues and complaints in the most efficient and timely manner and keep no pendency of grievances raised by customers.
  • To actively participate in all initiatives/projects initiated by the organization, from time to time.
  • Handling Unsecured Pool ( Hard bucket and Soft Bucket )

  • Ability to articulate
  • Capable of working successfully in competitive environment by maintaining high standards.
    • Domain knowledge in the debt management
  • Prefer Candidate from Bank & NBFC
