Role Overview:

This role is for managing the collections of loans for EV (2W/ 3W/ 4W/ ZET) - Commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in collections management, a strong understanding of vehicle financing products, and the ability to drive performance through strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delinquency Control: Oversee delinquency management for commercial vehicle loans on a national scale including Telecalling, Field Collections, legal recoveries
• NPA Management: Develop and implement strategies to contain Non-Performing Assets (NPA)
• Analytics and Reporting: Regularly present portfolio analytics and updates on delinquency and NPA status to senior management, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Team Recruitment and Development: Recruit and train collection managers at various levels (Bucket, HO, Area, Regional, and Zonal) to ensure effective collections operations.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.

Prerequisites:

• Experience in managing collections for MFI/TW/CV loans with exposure to multiple geographies is preferred
