Team Lead – Insurance Process (Life & Health Insurance)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Team Lead with experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Tele calling operations. The ideal candidate will manage and guide a team of sales executives, ensuring targets are achieved and service quality is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of tele callers to achieve insurance sales targets.
  • Provide training and support on insurance products and sales strategies.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure team productivity.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and team performance.
  • Coordinate with management for performance reviews and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales / Tele calling / Team Handling.
  • Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Health Insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Goal-driven and customer-focused approach.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
