We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead to join our Sales department. This position is specifically open to candidates who are proficient in Telugu language. As a Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and guiding our sales team to achieve targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, track progress, and motivate team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or inquiries from clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
