 Manage the overall running of the sales team.

presence.

 Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the

teams' strengths and weaknesses.

 Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects;

maintaining relationships with clients.

 Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.

 Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling

solutions.

 Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending

profit and service improvements.

 Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

 Requirement –

 MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree required

 2-5 years Prior Experience in team handling & 5-6 Field B2C Sales

 Has sound business judgment, and sales skills.

 Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.

 Potent leadership qualities.

 Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹502, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
