About the Role
Candytoy Corporate Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and energetic Sales Officers / Sales Representatives who have a strong background in FMCG sales, especially in the Confectionery sector. The role involves managing retail distribution, market expansion, and improving primary and secondary sales performance in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets & ensure product availability.
- Onboard new retailers, distributors & stockists to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.
- Ensure visibility, placement & proper merchandising of products.
- Track competitor activity & share market insights.
- Handle route planning, daily reporting & market visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders & dispatch follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in FMCG sales (Confectionery preferred).
- Strong knowledge of distributor handling and retail operations.
- Good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong target orientation.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
