Job Description: Retail Sales Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Officer. As a Retail Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
