Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers for home loan products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, contractors, and local sourcing partners.
  • Conduct field visits and promotional activities to generate business leads.
  • Assist customers with loan applications and documentation using company systems.
  • Coordinate with Cluster Managers and internal teams for proposal appraisal and loan processing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Who Can Apply:

  • Recent graduates interested in starting a career in sales.
  • Candidates with up to 1
    years of sales experience
     in BFSI, FMCG, or Telecom sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field activities and customer engagement.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Android applications).
  • Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
