Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Lead
to join our team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
hunting new customers
and
farming existing accounts
to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong business development skills, relationship management, and a deep understanding of staffing solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development (Hunting):

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries for staffing solutions.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Account Management (Farming):

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize account potential.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in managing large accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and trends.
  • Strong networking abilities within the industry.
