Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at Whitefield Street, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and team management and will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze market trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
