WE ARE HIRING SALES TEAM LEAD

Role Overview:

Lead the sales team to achieve admission targets, ensure quality counselling, and maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly/quarterly admissions and revenue targets.
  • Allocate leads, monitor follow-ups, and support in closures.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team.
  • Handle escalated student/parent queries.
  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and CRM accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Academics, Finance, and Admin for onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in EdTech/counselling sales.
  • Proven team-leading experience.
  • Strong communication, target orientation, and leadership.
  • Good reporting and CRM skills.
