Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy B2B Sales Lead with 1-2 years of experience to spearhead our sales efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented individual who excels at
outbound prospecting, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth

. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct a high volume of cold calls and manage compelling outreach emails to schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from finding the ICP to initial discovery calls to presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintain impeccable reporting hygiene and provide light team leadership and mentorship to junior interns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.

Demonstrable track record of tangible wins, with experience closing deals in the range of a couple of lakhs and generating ₹5-10 lakhs from upselling the existing client.
- Exceptional Communicator:

Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high-energy approach.
- Quick Learner:

A fast learner who is coachable, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Apollo for lead generation and outreach.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in training or mentoring junior sales staff.
  • Experience with email marketing strategies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
