(Night Shift) - Onsite only at Bhopal office

Position: HR & Back End Specialist

Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US-based shift) – Mandatory

Salary Range: 3 LPA to 5 LPA

Experience Required: 2-4 years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
HR
& Back End
Specialist
with strong communication and negotiation skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the
IT services industry
and will play a key role in
talent acquisition, employee relations, contract management, and client coordination
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate
    employment contracts
    in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure smooth
    HR operations
    by handling employee engagement, performance evaluations, and policy adherence.
  • Manage
    compensation negotiations
    with candidates while maintaining budget alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership in planning and executing
    hiring strategies
    .
  • Maintain excellent
    employee relations
    by addressing grievances and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Oversee
    US client invoicing and payment schedules
    , ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.
  • Support management in
    policy development
    and HR process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of HR experience
    , preferably in the
    IT services industry
    .
  • Strong
    English communication skills
    – both written and verbal.
  • Proven expertise in
    talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and negotiations
    .
  • Experience in
    reviewing and negotiating contracts
    .
  • Knowledge of
    client payment schedules, invoicing, and follow-ups
    .
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with employees, candidates, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
