About IGT Solutions

IGT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (Executive) to lead the HR operations at our Bhopal branch. This role will involve managing comprehensive HR activities and providing strategic support to business partners to foster a productive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve employee queries and concerns for the assigned vertical/process; track and report resolution timelines.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Implement and enforce the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct effectively.
  • Maintain attrition rate at 5% or below.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning; document minutes, action points, responses, and track closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs for new joiners and role changes.
  • Coordinate and monitor half-yearly and annual performance appraisals.
  • Track and ensure adherence to training plans.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit survey data; report trends monthly and recommend actions.
  • Focus on employee retention strategies and employer branding.
  • Enforce compliance with Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, Privacy Policy, and Learning Agreement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any bachelors degree with relevant HR experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist with a focus on Labor Relations and Employee Engagement, preferably in the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and the ability to facilitate engagement action planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Bhopal with flexible shifts, including rotational schedules in a 24/7 work environment.
