We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of processes, calls, and deliverables. The QA will ensure compliance with company standards, identify gaps, and work closely with teams to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and evaluate calls, cases, or processes to ensure quality and compliance standards are met

· Conduct audits and share detailed feedback with stakeholders

· Identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement

· Prepare quality reports and dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

· Coordinate with operations, training, and leadership teams for corrective actions

· Support training initiatives by highlighting recurring quality gaps

· Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

KPIs & Performance Metrics

· Quality score improvement

· Compliance adherence

· Error reduction percentage

· Timeliness of reports and feedback

· Stakeholder satisfaction

Good communication is required

CTC: 35000 /- only 200 PT deduction 34800 max take home

Mandatory Customer service or Email / chat process experience

Shift – 10am to 7:30pm and or

7:30pm to 4:30am

Week off – 1 Rotational

No transportation
