Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a quality analyst. The quality analyst will be responsible for ensuring products or services meet quality and performance standards. Daily tasks include conducting quality assurance and control activities, developing and implementing quality management techniques, analyzing data to identify issues, monitoring processes for efficiency, and collaborating with teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the BPO is mandatory.
  • Proficient in quality control, quality assurance, and quality management practices for maintaining high standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and identify areas of improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with teams.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure the accuracy of processes and outputs.
