Job Description: Corporate Sales Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts and build strong relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will excel in creating strategies to drive revenue, expand our client base, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate partners.
  • Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and tailor sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and insights for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
  • Manage a sales team, if applicable, providing guidance and monitoring performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹52,213.55 per month
