Executive Assistant For scrap trading business

Job Description:
Job Summary As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior management. You will be the first point of contact, help streamline operations, coordinate between teams, manage communication, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, meetings for senior management.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items.
• Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and documents.
• Coordinate internal communications and act as liaison among teams.
• Organize travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and records management.
• Manage office supplies and infrastructure.
• Handle phone calls, visitor enquiries, and requests.
• Support in ad-hoc tasks such as research and presentations.
• Help monitor and track key project deadlines. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills,
ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication in English and Bengali.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in documentationPreferred/Desirable
• Exposure to metals / scrap / recycling industry.
• Knowledge of logistics/shipping/documentation.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting. What You'll Get
