Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Operations Manager at our Ghaziabad location. The Client Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day client operations, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, executing events, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring efficient coordination between different teams. This role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive premium client experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess operations and solve problems effectively.
  • Expertise in Operations Management and ability to oversee and optimize processes.
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and thoughtful communication.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
  • Basic understanding of Finance to manage budgets and oversee financial planning for client operations.
  • Proven experience in client operations, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking capabilities, coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
