Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Operations located in Ghaziabad. The Manager of Operations will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth execution of processes, manage teams, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising event planning and coordination, optimizing operational workflows, maintaining strong relationships with venue partners, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong operations management skills, including team supervision, workflow optimization, and process improvement
  • Proficiency in event management, logistics, and vendor relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners and clients
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges and ensure smooth operations
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques is preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality, events, or service industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
