Key Responsibilities:

Identify and crack B2B hostel/PG partnership deals with individual properties and large chains. Negotiate terms, build long-term relationships, and onboard new partners.

Manage end-to-end hostel/PG operations including administration, compliance, and coordination.

Act as the first point of contact for student queries and ensure timely resolution.

Handle vendor management for hostels (food, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).

Monitor property performance, occupancy, and service quality.

Prepare and maintain MIS/reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hostel/PG/coliving operations, admin, or vendor management.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle student queries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with hostel chains, coliving spaces, or student housing operators.
  • Exposure to both B2B partnerships and ground-level operational management.
