The company specializes in FTL business for PAN India, catering to all types of vehicle requirements with both open and closed container trucks.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including managing transportation schedules, coordinating with drivers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics management, supply chain, and transportation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus
