Position:
Operations Manager

Location:
Delhi (Travel required)

Salary:
Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities management services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manpower Sourcing:
     Identifying and recruiting skilled professionals to meet operational needs.
  • Training & Development:
     Organizing and conducting training sessions for staff to ensure high service standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Client Retention:
     Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any service issues promptly.
  • Collaboration:
     Working closely with various departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Reporting:
     Preparing regular reports on operational performance and presenting findings to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a facilities management role, with a strong background in operations management within FM companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
  • Proficient in computer applications and software relevant to facilities management and operations.
  • Must possess personal conveyance for travel throughout India as required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
