Role Summary
Full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru focused on building client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring retention through market visits, pitching, negotiations, and feedback collection to hit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit kirana stores, hotels, and retailers to onboard new clients and secure repeat orders.
- Pitch offerings, negotiate contracts, and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Track sales metrics, gather market insights, and report to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in market research, opportunity spotting, and sales strategy.
- Independent worker thriving in fast-paced settings; grocery/FMCG experience preferred.
- Local language fluency and Bengaluru market knowledge a plus; relevant degree desirable.
- Preferred: Candidates from Metro, Udaan, Jumbotail, or similar B2B platforms get priority.
