The Business Development Executive at JioBLAST will be tasked with identifying and developing strategic partnership decks for leading brands and game publishers. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and pitch perfection, requiring you to translate the exciting world of JioBLAST into compelling, data-driven sponsorship and partnership proposals that resonate with the Indian market.
You will be the architect of our pitch materials and ambassador for the JioBLAST brand. By deeply understanding client objectives and our business goals, you will be instrumental in building the pipeline that fuels our premier esports and competitive entertainment IPs, directly contributing to JioBLAST's mission of dominating the Indian gaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Actively identify new brand and publisher prospects, helping build a robust pipeline based on market trends and game popularity.
- Pitch Deck Creation & Customization: Design and develop clean, clear, and concise PowerPoint decks for B2B partnerships, customizing compelling sponsorship concepts for specific client needs while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Strategic Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams (legal, marketing, production, operations) to conceptualize IPs, liaise on agreements (MNDAs, MOUs), and ensure seamless transition of deals from pitch to execution.
- Deal Management & Reporting: Setting and achieving weekly targets. Creating performance reports to track milestones and initiative success.
- Relationship & Opportunity Growth: Build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders, identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the gaming and/or esports industry in India.
- Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the Indian esports and gaming ecosystem, including key titles, teams, and audience dynamics.
- Exceptional ability to create high-impact, visually appealing, and concise PowerPoint presentations and sales decks.
- Knowledge and ability to use AI tools for faster work turnaround will be an added bonus.
- Strong acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding set targets and managing workflow.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an acute eye for detail.
- A proactive, positive, self-starter attitude, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Basic understanding of legal agreement processes (MNDAs, MOUs) is advantageous to liaise with teams.
