JioBLAST is a joint venture between Jio's RISE Worldwide and the Danish esports company BLAST ApS, officially launched in October 2025. The partnership's goal is to grow and shape the esports industry in India by creating world-class tournaments and competitive entertainment, leveraging Jio's digital ecosystem, BLAST's global esports expertise, and RISE's domestic sports experience.

The Programme Manager at JioBLAST is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end management and flawless execution of our premier esports and competitive entertainment IPs. You will act as the central hub, orchestrating collaboration between internal teams, brand sponsors, game publishers, and external partners to deliver world-class programmes that drive commercial success and elevate JioBLAST.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in account management and working closely with various brands. You will be the primary steward for assigned programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, with strict budget control, and to the highest standard of quality, while continuously identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and upsell.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Programme Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple online and offline esports tournaments and competitive entertainment programmes, ensuring they meet all strategic, commercial, and operational objectives.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand sponsors, publishers, and partners related to respective projects, building strong relationships and ensuring complete satisfaction and contractual compliance within set budgets.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop detailed action plans, create project milestones, and maintain rigorous budget control. Deliver comprehensive performance reports upon project completion.
- Internal Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with all internal teams (live broadcast, production, operations, marketing, commercial, finance) to ensure seamless workflow, clear communication, and alignment on company goals.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and programme expansion with existing and new partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in account or project management from reputed companies and/or agencies.
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Track record of successfully managing complex, high-value partnerships and programmes from conception to delivery.
- Experience in creating strategic action plans, performance reports, and business reviews for senior management and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, navigating ambiguity to drive projects forward.
- Understanding of audience demographics and market trends.
- Being well aware of esports and gaming is an added bonus.
