Designation: Customer Relationship & Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are a leading trading company specializing in high-quality pipes, fittings, and sanitary ware. Our mission is to provide reliable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial needs. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and develop a robust sales pipeline for pipes, fittings, and sanitary ware.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track competitors' activities.
  • Make outbound sales calls, conduct client visits, and present product demonstrations as needed.
  • Negotiate pricing, and payment terms with customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via email, phone, or in person.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing visits and campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and suggest improvements in customer engagement strategies.
  • Prepare and share customer interaction reports with management regularly.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Any Degree / Diploma (Civil or Mech preferred)
  • 0–3 yrs experience in plumbing/sanitaryware/ steel marketing (Freshers can also apply)
  • Strong communication & willingness to travel
