Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance the service experience for our electric vehicle (EV) customers. The role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, coordinating service requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the ownership lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Support:

  • Coordinate with the service department to schedule maintenance, repairs, and follow-ups.
  • Educate customers on EV maintenance requirements and service intervals.
  • Manage post-service feedback and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
  • Ensure customers are informed about software updates, recalls, or technical upgrades.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to build brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups post-sale and post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, and service Targets KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales and service processes.
  • Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree ( Any Degree).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (EV or automotive industry preferred) And Freshers also Can Apply.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and electric vehicle technology.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in [local language] and English.
