About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Area Sales Executives to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing distributor and dealer networks within the Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances sector, with a proven track record of driving sales in both rural and urban markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to the region.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both rural and urban markets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to manage and expand business operations.
Qualifications:
  • 3-10 years of experience in the Home Appliances/Consumer Durables industry.
  • Extensive experience in channel sales, with a strong network of distributors and dealers.
  • Proven ability to effectively market products in both rural and urban settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
  • Strong persuasive skills and a positive, results-driven attitude.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
